Anyone can claim “farm to table” cooking, but the folks at Quiessence view the concept beyond a cheap marketing term. Their trio of hyperlocal, seasonal tasting menus are full of flavor-packed, innovative takes on classic dishes, incorporating produce grown in their lush Soil & Seed Garden, located on the grounds of their gorgeous Scottsdale property. Atlas Bistro

It’s not often you encounter an upscale tasting menu at a neighborhood BYOB joint, but the Atlas Bistro has effortlessly threaded that needle. Their intimate, low-key atmosphere and impeccable flavors have proven to be a winning formula, they’ve been going strong for over 21 years.
