ISI Elite Training-North Scottsdale is continuing the Memorial Day Celebration on Monday 5/26 by hosting the MURPH! To honor and remember those that have died while serving in US Armed Forces, we come together as a community to challenge ourselves in a MURPH inspired workout. The MURPH, a physically and mentally challenging workout to honor Navy Seal Lt. Michael P. Murphey, allows us to come together as a community to show our respect for the sacrifices made for us as a nation.
