ISI Elite Training is taking their monthly free Mega workout to the park! Join us at Horizon Park (close to the pickleball courts) on May 24th at 8:00 am for a Full Body HIIT led by Head Coach Logan and iced coffee to follow provided by Bliss Cafe Bar! Bring water, wear your favorite Memorial Day gear and get ready to sweat.

ISI Elite Training is a growing fitness community that offers daily 50-minute Athletic Based Training sessions led by a certified personal trainer; we call them “Coach”! Sessions are broken up by muscle groups and designed to build muscle and burn fat as well as increase mobility and endurance to help you keep showing up for you and life. We like to say “leave it all on the TURF” at our free Mega workouts and daily sessions expect good vibes, good music, knowledgeable coaches, Grit, energy and determination.
