Flow Yoga is our first-ever yoga series in partnership with Yogabox and Four Peaks Brewing! Set to take place on the last Saturday of each month in April, May, and June, this unique event combines relaxation, fitness, and community fun in a laid-back setting.

You’re invited to unwind with a refreshing and fun hour-long power flow yoga class with Yoga Box that is designed for all skill levels, followed by the option to enjoy delicious brunch and drinks at Four Peaks with your first drink (including mimosas, soda, beer, etc) included in your ticket price!

This series is an accessible and enjoyable way to stretch, strengthen, and refresh as well as relax and socialize over a well-deserved meal and beverage – the perfect way to start off your Saturday!
