Flag Football League Details

• Games length is 40 minutes.

• There are 3 women identifying players required on your roster to reach team status.

• We’re excited to offer two levels of play to help everyone have the best experience possible:

  • Social Division – Perfect for beginners and those just looking to have fun, make friends, and enjoy the game.
  • Intermediate Division – Great for more experienced players or organized teams who are ready for a little more competition.

  So, which one should you join? Just pick the vibe that fits you best! And don’t worry – ALL Fray leagues are still 50% sport, 50% social, and 100% about good vibes and sportsmanship. 💯

  Here’s what you need to know:

  • Registering a team? Choose your division from the dropdown menu when you sign up.

  • Signing up solo? Just leave a comment with your division preference when registering.

  ⚠️ Heads up: If we don’t have enough teams to split into divisions, we’ll combine into one league.

3 Easy Ways to Register

1. Create a Group – Groups become teams once they hit roster size. Don’t have a full group? No problem, small groups are welcomed and joined together to create full rosters.

2. Join an Existing Team/Group – Help them reach full status

3. Sign Up as a Free Agent – We'll place you with other awesome players

Teams which do not fill their roster to maximum roster size, will be merged with small groups or free agents to reach full roster size.

Want to maximize playing time with a smaller roster? Pre-pay for a full team to keep the roster just to your inner circle.
