You’ve done it. You’ve spent hours swiping right on Tinder, (or Hinge, or Bumble, or whatever you’re using these days), sent dozens of flirty texts, and finally found a potential mate.

Phoenix may not have The Eiffel Tower or Central Park, but it does have the Scottsdale Civic Center Mall. This iconic spot is a great launching point for a date day. It’s surrounded by museums, restaurants, and cultural experiences. It’s also home to the signature LOVE statue. This large red statue can set the mood during a romantic stroll around the park.
#FrayLife Tip: You can save money on dinner by opting for a picnic instead. The grassy amphitheater is a great spot to cozy up for free.

True to its name, FilmBar sells craft beer and wine in their lounge. You can opt for a craft beer or a glass of wine instead of that $8 bag of popcorn. What else do you need?
#FrayLife Tip: Check out their Film Series to catch old classics and theme events.
Total Date Night Cost: $30 for two movie tickets + 1 round of drinks
On the surface, Postino Wine Cafe looks like any other date night spot. You’ll find couples sharing a bottle of wine, a candlelit dinner, and Italian entrees. For an upscale and romantic atmosphere, Postino is surprisingly cheap. It’s most famous for their board and bottle special. You can enjoy a board of Bruschetta and a bottle of wine for only $20. This date night special is only available on Mondays and Tuesdays.
#FrayLife Tip: Looking to go out on the weekend? Go during the lunch rush instead of dinner. They have $5 glasses of wine and pitchers of beer until 5 pm every day.
