Groundhog Day is nearing, and we hope your days don’t feel like you’re trapped in a time loop. This weekend we want you to head back to the roller derby because ladies kicking butts is what 2023 is all about. Or you can get funky or sassy! Why not tackle a football-themed workout to prep for the Super Bowl? Whatever your tastes are, feel certain that Phoenix is your place for active living. The Table at Metropolitan Arts Institute

Moments of our lives are played out at the table; assemblies of joy, romance, conflict, family and unexpected encounters. This February, Scorpius Dance Theatre is serving up “The Table” — a gathering for us all to dream, laugh and be moved by the power of intimate, in-person performance. Something Funky at Westside Blues & Jazz

Something Funky is an eight-piece funk band founded in 2015 by band leader Greg Foster. Football-Themed Track Workout at Margaret T. Hance Park
