We’re here to ease you into some out of your comfort zone events. This week’s digital radar is your guide for events that are for everyone everywhere. Choose between some light rugby that won’t bruise your body or your ego or skip that and just eat as much BBQ as possible. Meet your friends at the crossroads or make some new friends with some improv. Whatever your tastes are, feel certain that Phoenix is your place for active living. Touch Rugby at Washington Park
Come on out and enjoy a good run while playing some touch rugby! This event is open to all rugby skill levels and is FREE to attend! We will be on the field that’s over by the community pool at Washington Park and we go from 6pm and finish at sundown. Free. 6 p.m. to sundown.

Jazz Matinee featuring Francine Reed at The Nash
From the mid-1970s through the early 90s, Francine reigned as the most popular jazz and blues vocalist in the Valley.  In fact, she was still winning New Times/Best of Phoenix awards  after she moved to Atlanta!  Francine appeared with her bands Jazz Alive and Fever at venues such as The Boojum Tree, Chuy’s and Chuy’s Next Door/The Night Club, Churchill’s Pub and Bombay Bicycle Club, plus numerous festivals and concert halls.
