Fall may be Ending but Festival Season sure isn’t! End Your Week by Attending These Must-Experience Outdoor Festivals!

 



Everyone in the Valley can agree that we have reached prime season for being outside. With temperatures below the 80’s, there’s no better time to get out of the house and enjoy some weekend festivals. There are tons popping up during the weekends so that you can take advantage of this beautiful time of year. We’re highlighting some that we think are worth checking out.

Tempe Festival of the Arts

November 30 – December 2nd, 10 am – 5:30 pm daily
Downtown Tempe, locations vary

The Tempe Festival of the Arts is celebrating the 50th anniversary of the festival, which showcases over 350 artists from around the country. The festival ranks among the Top 100 Classic & Contemporary Craft Shows in the nation. The free event features live music, food and drink for purchase, and much more (find details on parking and directions on their site).

Phoenix Festival of the Arts

December 7 – 9th, hours vary
Margaret T. Hance Park

Maybe you couldn’t attend the Tempe Festival of the Arts, or maybe you’re just an art junkie – either way, the Phoenix Festival of the Arts is sure to be a great event to go to. The 7th annual event features over 150 art and food vendors. There will be local bands, dancers, spoken word art, demos, and much more to enjoy. Admission is free, and dogs are allowed. Christmas in the Park Festival

December 8th, 9 am – 4 pm
Litchfield Park Town Center

Get into the holiday spirit by hanging out in Litchfield for a Christmas in the Park celebration. Craft and food vendors will be around, and a hometown parade starts at 10 am that includes marching bands and floats. The event also features real snow, visits with Santa, and local stage events throughout the day. Plus, it’s free!
