DESCRIPTION:The D-backs Race Against Cancer is back in downtown Phoenix! The Arizona Diamondbacks Foundation is thrilled to announce the 2023 D-backs Race Against Cancer presented by Dignity Health Cancer Institute on Sunday, October 1, beginning and ending at Chase Field in downtown Phoenix. The 10th annual event will benefit Arizona non-profit organizations that provide screening, treatment and support for those dealing with all types of cancer. Join fellow D-backs fans as we walk and run together to raise money for this important cause! 5K Registration: $50 for all ages until September 30, 2023. Includes a commemorative race shirt, drawstring bag, finisher medal, chip timing for the race and one Upper Level ticket voucher for a D-backs game vs. the Astros occurring September 29 - October 1, 2023. Virtual 5K Registration: $55 for all ages until September 15, 2023. Can’t make it to Chase Field for race day? You can still join the D-backs Race Against Cancer! Registration includes a commemorative race shirt, drawstring bag, finisher medal and shipping & handling fees. You can then complete your 5K wherever you may be on October 1! All participants must register by 5:00 p.m. Arizona Time on Saturday, September 30. All participants must be pre-registered. THERE WILL BE NO RACE DAY REGISTRATION AVAILABLE. All 5K participants must wear their assigned bib numbers during the event. Team registration is welcomed. There are limited registration spaces available. Once we have reached capacity, registration will close. Registration fees are non-refundable and only transferable until September 25.
